Last week our treasurer Judy Gittus (who inputs all the cataloguing records), and cataloguers Graeme Clauscen, Gaye Cleeland, Cherry McFee and Bev Forrest, all undertook a day's training in the Museums Australia Victoria online cataloguing program Victorian Collections. The society has decided to use VC as our digital program. Judy has created an Excel spreadsheet of all the entries so far done digitally on our old program, and the VC team will do a bulk upload of the 1,000 or so items onto VC for us.
